Student Resources
Introducing students to primary resources is important to their understanding of history. Primary sources can inspire and excite students while making the past more meaningful. Here at the Greene County Archives, we understand the importance of integrating primary sources into the classroom to support and increase information literacy, all while providing students the opportunity to interact with the materials that help tell the story of our past. We have developed our programs with these ideas in mind. Our objective is to make these primary resources relevant to the students in the classroom through historical narratives and activities, utilizing archival materials and artifacts from our collection.
Below you will find links to activities and resources to use at home or in your classroom! If you have any questions, please feel free to contact the Archives, by phone at (937) 562-6487 or by Email.
