The residents of Greenewood Manor had a pleasant surprise - a proper plethora of pumpkins were donated to create a pumpkin patch! Residents were able to assist with decorating the inner courtyard with the pumpkins and other festive fall embellishments. Later this month, they will be able to go out and "pick" a pumpkin to decorate, just like many of us did when younger - what a fun way to reminisce about fond fall memories.

Mother's Day was celebrated on May 10th.
All the ladies enjoyed a special brunch! they also received a Mother's Day Gift, as well as potted flowers!

Dr. Gurjeet Kahlon officially opened the celebration with rolling the coconut down the lane to knock over the pineapples, in the Pineapple Bowling! Each department selected a day during the week to host the activities. Special treats are being offered each day as well! The residents thus far have enjoyed their Hawaiian Stay-cation!
Greenewood Manor brought some of the Fair to the residents July 23-24. Residents were able to take part in some fun old-fashioned fair style games for prizes. They had a lemonade stand to order refreshing lemonade, and the dairy stand where residents could order ice cream!
