Responsibilities
The Legal Division of the Clerk of Courts Office is responsible for filing, docketing indexing, and preserving all court pleadings for civil, felony criminal, and domestic relations cases, as well as filings for the District Court of Appeals.

Q: When is my next court hearing?
A: You can view your entire court history, including any upcoming hearings on CourtView. Complete the Captcha, then enter your Last and First name, then hit search at the bottom of the page.
Q: I have a Misdemeanor charge that I need information on, where do I get it?
A: All misdemeanors are handled by our municipal courts. To get in contact with them call Xenia Municipal at (937) 376-7290 or access your docket at CourtView. For Fairborn Municipal call (937) 754-3040 and their docket info can be found on their website.
Q: How can I make payments on my court costs?
A: We accept cash, money orders, credit card (with an extra fee), certified checks, we will accept personal checks as long as it is from a local bank, and has the correct Ohio address and phone number on the check. However we do not accept personal checks on Criminal cases.
Q: Can I view the corresponding images to the entries in the docket?
A: At this time images in the docket are not available for public viewing on the online docket.
