Greene County dog owners can register their dog(s) and renew licenses online using our easy online payment services. The cost for an online purchase includes a basic tag fee of $20.00 plus an online convenience fee of $2.50 for each dog registered. Purchases made online are payable using American Express, Discover, Mastercard and Visa. Owners will receive their tags via return mail within 10 business days. | |
Greene County property owners can pay their tax bills online using NIC online payment services. There will be a convenience fee for this service that you will see before you submit your payment. The convenience fee is paid to NIC Services, not the Greene County Treasurer, and is as follows:

Beginning March 3, 2020, Greene County Sanitary Engineering e-customers can pay their utility bills online using a new service, Invoice Cloud. In addition, you can view, download and print monthly statements as well as sign-up for e-billing and text reminder notifications. When paying your bill online, the following convenience fee, per transaction, will be paid directly to Invoice Cloud and not Greene County Sanitary Engineering:

Pay Permit & Inspection Fees | Beginning January 2023, Greene County Engineer customers can pay their right of way permits, inspection fees, etc. using Point & Pay. We accept the following payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express and eChecks. When paying your fees online, the following convenience fees are paid directly to Point & Pay and not Greene County:
Payment made by credit card will be considered paid on the date and time authorization is approved. Once your payment has been authorized, please allow one (1) business day for the payment to be processed. |
