[ARCHIVED] Greene County Prosecutor Announces Multiple Count Indictment

On August 1, 2017, Stephen K. Haller announced that a Grand Jury has indicted Steven McDowell for 11 counts of Illegal Use of a Minor in Nudity Oriented Material, one count of Voyeurism, and three counts of Gross Sexual Imposition.

At the time of his arrest, the State alleges that the Defendant had multiple images on his cell phone that contained visual depictions of prepubescent minors in a state of nudity. The State further alleges that while employed at Pristine Senior Living in Beavercreek Stephen McDowell had sexual contact with two impaired, elderly residents.


The case will be scheduled for arraignment within the week. The Defendant is being held in Greene County Jail in lieu of $250,000.00 bond.
