[ARCHIVED] 2017 Tentative Property Value Information Mailed To County Residents

Greene County Auditor, David Graham, announced the 2017 triennial tentative property values will be mailed Friday, September 22 to owners of the 73,000 parcels of property in the county.

Whereas, the last countywide reappraisal in 2014 saw a decrease of 4% in residential property values, 2017 residential property values have experienced a 5% increase on average.

Beginning Friday, September 22, information concerning the 2017 tentative values will be available on the Greene County Auditor’s website at

Property owners have an opportunity to discuss their tentative property values with a representative from the Auditor’s office if they believe their valuation is incorrect.  During this informal review period, property owners can call (937)-562-5621 or complete an online form. The deadline for contacting the Auditor’s office for the informal review is October 13, 2017.  After the informal review period, property values will be finalized for use on 2018 tax bills.
