[ARCHIVED] 2017 Tentative Property Values Now Available Online

Greene County Auditor, David Graham, has announced that the 2017 triennial tentative property values are now available online for owners of the 73,000 parcels of property in the county.

Letters detailing the property value changes will be mailed to all property owners the week of September 25th.

Whereas, the last countywide reappraisal in 2014 saw a decrease of 4% in residential property values, 2017 residential property values have experienced a 5% increase on average.  Property values will be finalized in October for use in the 2018 tax bills.

Property owners have an opportunity to discuss their tentative property values with a representative from the Auditor’s office if they believe their valuation is incorrect.  During this informal review period property owners can call (937)562-5621 or complete and on-line form by going to www.co.greene.oh.us/reval.  The deadline for contacting the Auditor’s office for this informal review is October 13, 2017.
