[ARCHIVED] Electric Aggregation Notification for 2018 is Coming Soon

If you live in an unincorporated area of Greene County, – watch your mailbox, electrical savings is on the way!  The notifications will be mailed on March 16th to all eligible Greene County residents and small businesses, in the unincorporated areas. 

The Board of County Commissioners has secured a rate of 4.862 cents per kWh for residential and small businesses electric supply charges for a 36 month period through AEP Energy beginning in May 2018.  This program will save a combined $1.3 million dollars annually. 

If you choose to participate in this program, Dayton Power & Light will continue to maintain the system that delivers power to your home or business. You will continue to receive a single bill from DP&L for your electric service.  This offer is structured as an OPT-OUT program.  If you wish to participate, simply do nothing and you will be automatically enrolled.  If you do not wish to take advantage of the savings, you must call the number provided in the letter or return the included form.
