Rolling Stone Magazine says lead singer Digger “out-of-date eyeglasses are as thick as his hillbilly accent, but whose comic sensibilities are hilariously off-kilter.”
The entertaining and well-crafted bluegrass band showcases the group’s ability to put a bluegrass spin on cover songs from any genre --- pop, rock, hip-hop and more.
Rock Island Plow Company was formed in 2004 and have played throughout Ohio, Indian, Michigan, West Virginia and Kentucky. Featuring hard-driving bluegrass with powerful lead and high tenor vocals, the band offers solid harmonies with light-hearted family humor.
