Greene County Sanitary Engineering Department (GCSED) will resume water disconnections and applying penalties on delinquent balances for water/sewer billing accounts starting October 1, 2020. Penalties and disconnection notices are scheduled to go in effect with October 2020 bills. Customers are encouraged to pay their account balances through September 30th to avoid late payment penalties or potential service disconnections.

Payments can be made online at www.invoicecloud.com/GCSED, by phone at (855) 925-1665, and by mail (GCSED, PO Box 340, Xenia, OH 45385). Payments in-person can be made at 420 Factory Rd. Gate B, Beavercreek, OH. Please note that face coverings are required to enter all our facilities.
