[ARCHIVED] Jury Convicts Johnson After Two Day Trial

On Tuesday, October 13, 2020, the trial team consisting of Docket Prosecutor Cheri Stout, VW Advocate Becky Walsh, and Det. Alan Kraker, successfully convicted David L. Johnson of Trespass in a Habitation When a Person is Present or Likely to be Present, a felony of the fourth degree, after about one hour of deliberations.

Upon the jury finding the Defendant guilty as charged, Judge Michael Buckwalter sentenced him to 18 months in prison and imposed a $3500 fine.

The trial team worked together to prepare the witnesses for trial and put forth a solid case which resulted in a guilty verdict. We very much appreciate the hard work that went into preparing and trying this case.
