[ARCHIVED] Public Comment Sought on Going Places Draft Implementation Strategies at Public Open House

The Miami Valley Regional Planning Commission (MVRPC) is pleased to announce the final round of public “open house” meetings for the Going Places initiative. Over the past several years, residents and leaders in the Miami Valley Region have told us what they want this region to be like in the future. Using this information, a draft list of implementation strategies, also known as “suggested tools,” has been developed as a way to make this vision happen.

It is scheduled for Thursday, February 20, 2014 from 4 pm to 6 pm at the Greene County Jobs and Family Services building in the media room, located at 541 Ledbetter Rd., Xenia, Ohio 45385.

If you are unable to attend, information will be available for public review on MVRPC's website at www.mvrpc.org/rlu on January 28, 2014. You can also review the information at the MVRPC offices, One S. Main Street, Suite 260, Dayton, OH 45402, during regular business hours (8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday). Written comments will be accepted through Friday, February 28, 2014, at the above address or via e-mail sent to Martin Kim, MVRPC's Director of Regional Planning at [email protected].
