The Greene County Auditor has announced that property valuation updates from the State mandated valuation update for tax year 2023 are available on the Greene County Auditor’s website at https://gis.greenecountyohio.gov/reappraisal/. These updated values are based on sales that occurred during 2022. The Auditor encourages property owners to visit the website to ensure that their property information is correct and the value reflects current market conditions.
The website also allows the public to view recent sales of properties in their neighborhood to assist in evaluating the accuracy of the appraisal. If the property owner still believes their value is inaccurate, they can schedule an appointment with one of our appraisers to justify their opinion of value. All appointments must be scheduled by October 6, 2023. Final values will be released in December 2023.
