The Greene SWCD is accepting applications for a District Director position. This leadership role will provide guidance and leadership to staff, community, partners and Board of Supervisors toward meeting the Soil & Water Conservation District goals. The District Director will implement policies and strategies approved by GSWCD Board Members and challenge the organization to fulfill its goals of conserving Greene County’s natural resources through education, technical assistance and leadership. Broad areas of responsibility include annual and strategic planning, evaluations, policy implementation, personnel management, accounting, public relations, marketing and outreach.
