How do I qualify for the owner-occupancy credit property tax rollback?
The 2.5% owner-occupied credit is a real estate tax reduction available to the homeowner's principal residence. Rental properties are not eligible for the reduction. To apply for the program, you may complete the application and return it to the Greene County Auditor's Office.
