Any tips or information regarding an offender who you believe to be in violation of their court ordered conditions will be noted and relayed to the appropriate officer.

1. What is the difference between probation and parole?: The Adult Parole Authority (APA) is responsible for the supervision of adult felony inmates after release from prison.

If you are granted probation, the court allows you to stay in the community and report to a probation officer in lieu of prison.
