What can I do if I'm not getting my child support/spousal support?
First, call the Child Support Enforcement Agency (CSEA), (937) 562-6200, and determine whether a wage assignment is in effect. If the person paying support (Obligor) has changed jobs you may be able to help CSEA by providing the Obligor’s new place of employment.

If you are not receiving your support for reasons unrelated to an employment change, you may consider filing a Motion for Contempt. Contact your attorney for assistance in filing the Motion.

If you are self-represented, visit the Forms page to access the paperwork, complete all required documents in their entirety, and turn them in for review at the Compliance Department located at 595 Ledbetter Road, Xenia, OH 45385.
