What if I cannot afford to pay my child support obligation?
You must contact the Child Support Enforcement Agency (CSEA), (937) 562-6200 to alert them to the situation. They may be able to assist you by conducting an Administrative Review.

If you are ineligible for CSEA assistance and you are unable to afford your child support due to a change of circumstances, such as an illness or losing your job, you may consider filing a Motion with the Court.

Visit the Forms page for Motion paperwork.
