How can I get a Civil Protection Order (CPO)?
If you are represented, contact your attorney to begin the CPO filing process.

If you are a pro se litigant seeking a CPO, schedule an appointment with the Court's Domestic Violence Coordinator by calling (937) 562-6236. The appointment will last approximately 2 hours and you must attend a hearing that same day.

To expedite your appointment, visit the Domestic Violence & Stalking page. Print off the applicable paperwork, complete the paperwork in its entirety, and bring it with you to your appointment. Be sure to bring a photo ID to you appointment as well.
