Do I have to provide all of my verifications at the time of application?
No. However, some common verifications that may help us process your application more quickly include:
• Driver’s license or photo ID
• Social Security card
• Birth certificate
• Pay stubs, self-employment records, tax records for the past 30 days
• Social Security, VA, Unemployment Compensation, child support for the past 30 days
• Private medical insurance card.
We may request additional verifications based on your situation, such as resources, rent/mortgage receipts, utility bills, and child care expenses.
