Sealed proposals for the purchase of Time and Attendance Management System (“RFP Name”) shall be received by the Board of Greene County Commissioners, 35 Greene Street, Xenia, Ohio 45385, until 11:00 A.M., Eastern Standard Time, January 9, 2023, at which time the proposals will be publicly opened. 

Proposal documents may be obtained upon request from the Greene County Auditor's Office, 69 Greene St., Xenia, Ohio 45385 at (937) 562-5065. Proposal documents may also be obtained on the Greene County Government website:

Sealed envelopes containing proposals must be submitted with the RFP NAME prominently written and displayed on the outside of the envelope/packages. Proposals must be submitted on the proposal form furnished with accompanying required bonds. Any proposals deemed non-compliant shall be rejected. The Greene County Board of Commissioners is tax-exempt. 

The Board of Greene County Commissioners reserves the right to waive any informality, reject any or all proposals, and to hold such proposals for a period of sixty (60) days before taking any action and to award a contract.
