Sealed bids containing 4 original copies will be received by the Greene County Board of Commissioners until Thursday, April 13, 2023, @ 10:00 a.m., at which time the bids will be publicly opened at the Commissioners’ Meeting Room, 35 Greene Street, Xenia, Ohio 45385, and read aloud for the: GC Animal Shelter, Addition. Bid forms, specifications, etc. may be obtained upon request from the County Services Department or retrieved electronically from: https://www.greenecountyohio.gov/Bids. Sealed envelopes containing bids must be submitted with the ITB NAME prominently written and displayed on the outside of the envelope/packages. Bids must be submitted on the bid form furnished with accompanying required bonds. Any bids deemed non-compliant shall be rejected. The Greene County Board of Commissioners is tax-exempt.
