The Greene County Recorder and the Greene County Board of Commissioners are Requesting Sealed Proposals from professional and experienced scanning vendors in order to provide scanning services of old books for the Greene County Recorder’s office.

Proposals will be accepted July 24th, 2023 through August 28th, 2023 at 11:00 a.m., to Eric C. Sears, Greene County Recorder, at 69 Greene Street 3rd Fl., Xenia, Ohio 45385. Phone (937) 562-5276. All proposals shall be submitted in accordance with the requirements of the Instructions to Proposers. This legal advertisement is also published on the Greene County Government website: and Proposal documents and specifications may be obtained through the website or upon request to the Greene County Recorder’s Office.

This project is being funded by American Rescue Plan Act (“ARPA”) funds, and as such all bidders will need to abide by any ARPA requirements.

The Greene County Recorder and the Greene County Board of Commissioners reserve the right to reject any or all Proposals, to waive any irregularities, and to accept the overall best proposal which is deemed by the Board to generally serve the best interests of Greene County.
