Melvin L. Dulin

Melvin Dulin is the financial assistance resource investigator for the Greene County Veterans Service Office. He served in the U.S. Army during the Vietnam Era from January 1969 to January 1971. Mel was based at Fort Dix, New Jersey, Fort Eustis, Virginia for (OJT) on the job training as a cook. and with the Service Battery, 2/6 Field Artillery, at the Coleman Kaserne, Gelnhausen Germany. He has worked for GCVS for 12 years.
